Sally who is an approved SEAFISH Trainer has qualifications in food hygiene, HACCPs, as a vocational assessor (D32,33) and internal verifier (V1) for SVQ's making her an ideal person to deliver the following training:

Hygiene & HACCPs courses, SVQ Food & Drink manufacturing operations level 1,2,3. Assessor Training A1 - for SVQ's in food and aquaculture.

She can also provide advice and help with HACCP & hygiene plans.
